1. "I have trouble standing for long periods. Can I use this while sitting?" 

Yes, absolutely. In fact, many of our customers prefer to use the Velure™ Relief Plate while seated comfortably on their couch or a chair. Simply place your feet on the plate while you watch TV or read. You will still get the benefits of increased circulation and lymphatic drainage without putting any weight on your legs. The included remote control means you never have to bend down to adjust the settings.

2. "Is this safe if I have 'bone-on-bone' arthritis or joint replacements?" 

Yes. Unlike treadmills or walking, the Velure™ plate is Zero Impact. It does not compress your joints or cause "pounding" on your knees and hips. Instead, the gentle vibrations help lubricate stiff joints and stimulate blood flow to the area, which can actually reduce inflammation and pain associated with arthritis. Note: If you have a recent joint replacement (less than 6 months), please consult your doctor first.

3. "Will this help with my neuropathy (numbness) and swollen ankles?" 

This is exactly what it is designed for. The "Whole Body Vibration" technology acts as a pump for your circulatory system. It forces fluid out of swollen ankles (lymphatic drainage) and stimulates the nerve endings in your feet. 4. "I’m not tech-savvy. Is it hard to set up?"

 Not at all. The device comes fully assembled—just plug it in and press "Power" on the remote. There are no complicated menus or programming required. We designed the display to be large and easy to read, and the remote allows you to start a gentle program with a single button press.

5. "I have a pacemaker or a heart condition. Can I use this?" 

While vibration therapy is generally safe and low-impact, we recommend that customers with pacemakers, serious heart conditions, or recent surgeries consult their physician before starting any new therapy. We want to ensure it is perfectly safe for your specific medical history.
